I think it’s a matter of compatibility with the rod, and to achieve the necessary distance, you need a lure of about 20g.

Although it comes with an anti-winding bar, there seems to be a problem with the PE’s unique tension causing it to get stuck or snagged. It seems like there’s no choice but to deal with it well.

Considering the price, the overall performance is excellent like Seasar. The casting performance is difficult to handle with a minimum of 5g. 7g can be cast normally. Casting comfortably with 10g or more. If the brake setting is borderline focusing on distance, backlash occurs in the latter half of casting. During peak moments right after casting, the brake is firmly applied, so backlash is minimal. It’s better to cast with a slightly stronger brake setting than preventing backlash by summing. Casting with 10g or more can achieve better distance than similar spool diameter Daiwa’s Gelinon or Steez A2, so I think it’s worth considering. For those who prioritize stability, Gelinon or Steez A2 are recommended.

It’s been about 20 years since I last used bait, and after using Silver Wolf for about six months, I purchased this one as an additional option.
The flight distance of the 10g free rig is about 40m with Daiso PE No. 1 in 4 colors + α. It doesn’t fly as well as Silver Wolf, but it’s good enough. I think experienced people can fly even higher.
The spool is heavy and wastes a lot of line, so it’s not suitable for lightweight or short-distance use. Compared to Silver Wolf, the roughness is more noticeable, but I think it’s sufficient for fighting in large areas using full casting techniques (7g~). Personally, I would like the same 0.8 size 150m shallow groove spool as Silver Wolf.
In terms of braking performance and line capacity, the Lockfish or Sea Bass might be better.
